Membership Laboratory Commitments:
Three general membership meetings per year

Intermittent conference calls

One Team Participation:
Within the group, we also have three different "teams" - Management, Technical and Marketing - and each member is placed on one of those teams, depending on the strengths of their laboratory.

Management Team:
Researches and Reports to Member Labs on Management Innovations regarding; operations, financials, quality control, HR systems and MIS/IT.

Technical Team:
Identifies & Develops Resources for Innovative Concepts & Technologies to evaluate needs and purposes, work closely with dental industry leaders, research and adapt innovations from other industries and provide implementation systems.

Marketing Team:
Develops sales & marketing programs for prosthetic and operatory products practice development, and National Sales Meetings.

Members believe that one of the most valuable segments of the general membership meetings is the Round Table discussion where each member presents their laboratories perspective on technical, business and marketing ideas used in their laboratory.
